How this is calculated, and what it assumes
panels × admin hours × 12 × 50% = hours recovered, multiplied by your hourly cost.
The 50% is an assumption, not a measured result. No customer pilot has yet produced a verified figure, so nothing here is evidence — it is your own numbers arithmetic'd against a deliberately conservative guess.
It counts nothing else: no rework avoided, no faster handovers, no extra capacity, no cost of the software itself. The pilot programme sets out how a real number would be produced — baseline captured first, same method repeated after.

Is it built for switchgear and panel building specifically?
Yes. KonstanTrack is designed around the LV switchgear and electrical panel workflow — estimation, GA/schematic and BOM revisions, build-stage progress, FAT and the handover pack — rather than being a generic project tool bent to fit.
How do you handle our data and security?
Security is a first-class concern, not an afterthought. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. The platform follows defence-in-depth: role-based access, server-side validation of submitted data, and a deliberately small attack surface. As a UK business handling personal data we operate under UK GDPR with a clear privacy policy, data minimisation and a defined retention policy.
Where is our data stored?
UK-hosted (Azure, UK South). Your data stays in the UK, traffic is encrypted with TLS, access is role-based, and a DPA is available on request.
Does KonstanTrack replace our ERP, MRP or EPLAN?
No. KonstanTrack controls the workflow between engineering release and completed handover. ERP and MRP keep orders, purchasing, stock and invoicing; CAD and EPLAN keep the design authoring. KonstanTrack holds the released revision, the build stages, the approvals and the evidence — and works alongside those systems rather than replacing them.
Can it replace our spreadsheets and email chains?
That's the point. The aim is one home for every job from enquiry to handover, so estimation data, build status and documentation stop living in scattered spreadsheets and inboxes.
