LV switchgear manufacturing software
LV switchgear manufacturing software, built around how you actually build.
KonstanTrack gives LV switchgear manufacturers one live source of truth — design, BOM, build stages, inspection, FAT and handover — from enquiry to delivery, to BS EN IEC 61439.

The problem
Switchgear is built to a standard. Most software isn't built for switchgear.
An LV switchgear assembly carries real obligations — type-tested designs, verified components, torque records, IP integrity and a verification trail. Generic project tools and spreadsheets don't understand any of that, so the evidence ends up scattered across drawings, inboxes and someone's memory.
When a job is queried six months later, the question is simple: can you prove it? Without one place that holds the design revision, the BOM, the build-stage sign-offs and the test records together, proving a build is harder than making it.
How KonstanTrack helps
How KonstanTrack helps switchgear manufacturers
Design to IEC 61439, kept in one place
Single-line diagrams, GA drawings, schematics, component selection and the BOM stay linked to the job, with revisions tracked so the floor always works to the current version.
Build stages that match real assembly
Configure the stages your shop actually uses — enclosure, busbar, wiring, terminations, inspection — and see percent-complete you can trust.
Verification you can hand over
Inspection, FAT and the O&M/handover pack are assembled against the job, so nothing ships unverified and the trail is complete.
One audited trail per job
Enquiry to handover, every key action recorded — who, what and when — so a queried build is a five-minute answer, not a day of digging.
What you get
Built for the job, not bolted on.
01
Estimation linked to the job
Quote and cost data stays tied to the project for its whole life, so you can see where margin went and quote the next one better.
02
BOM & material readiness
Know what's kitted, what's short and what's blocking a build before it starts.
03
Supervisor approvals
Sign-offs at the stages that matter, with a record of who approved what.
04
NCR & quality records
Raise, track and close non-conformances against the job, not on a separate spreadsheet.
05
FAT & handover packs
Test sign-off and documentation assembled and ready on the promised date.
06
Full audit trail
Every project action logged for traceability from enquiry to delivery.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is KonstanTrack built specifically for LV switchgear?
Yes. It is designed around the LV switchgear and panel workflow — estimation, GA/schematic and BOM revisions, build-stage progress, inspection, FAT and handover — rather than a generic tool bent to fit.
Is KonstanTrack an MES for LV switchgear?
Yes. It works as a manufacturing execution system (MES) for LV switchgear — it runs the build on the floor (BOM, stages, approvals, inspection, FAT and handover) to BS EN IEC 61439, alongside your ERP rather than replacing it.
Does it support builds to BS EN IEC 61439?
KonstanTrack is built around the documentation and verification flow you already work to under IEC 61439 and BS 7671. It holds your design, BOM and test records together so the evidence trail is complete; it does not replace your own type-test or verification responsibilities.
Can it handle our existing drawings and BOMs?
Yes. Drawing and BOM revisions are tracked against the job so everyone works from the current version. We review your existing data and spreadsheets during setup.
Where is our data and who can see it?
Access is role-based and least-privilege, traffic is encrypted with TLS, and a full audit trail records key actions. We operate as a UK business under UK GDPR, with a DPA available on request. We can talk through hosting, backups and retention as part of your quote.
How is it priced?
Pricing is quote-based and depends on your team size and how you work. Request a quote and we'll review your workflow before proposing anything.
