Data protection
Our approach
KonstanTrack is the data controller for the personal data you share with us. We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and we build data protection into how the product and this site work rather than treating it as an afterthought.
Data minimisation
The quote form asks only for what we need to respond — your name, work email and company, plus optional details about how your shop works. We do not collect more than the enquiry requires.
Lawful basis and use
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you have initiated. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing without consent.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is least-privilege, and submissions are validated server-side. Your data is hosted in the UK. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for customers.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary, and submission IP addresses are purged after a short period. Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
