What KonstanTrack is
KonstanTrack is a specialist MES and project-execution platform for LV switchgear, distribution board and control panel manufacturers. It controls the workflow between engineering release and completed handover, and works alongside your ERP, MRP, CAD and EPLAN rather than replacing them.
Why a panel-shop MES exists as its own product
Manufacturing execution systems are a mature category, and the big platforms are genuinely good at what they were designed for: a line producing the same part thousands of times, where the value is in cycle time and yield.
A panel shop is the opposite shape. Low volume, high mix, most jobs built to order and rarely identical. The work is governed by drawing revisions, material readiness, hold points, inspection sign-off and an evidence pack at the end. Bend a high-volume MES to fit that and you pay enterprise money for a rollout you never quite finish. Use a spreadsheet and you get flexibility with no enforcement. KonstanTrack exists in the gap between those two answers.
From the moment a design is released to the floor, to the moment the panel is signed off and handed over with its evidence pack.
How we work
- Direct line to the developer. There is no support tier that has to escalate to someone who understands the product.
- Configured, not templated. Rollouts start from your stages, not a generic workflow with your name on it.
- Your data is yours. Full export, no lock-in culture, UK hosting.
- We say no. If your problem is procurement, design throughput or accounting, KonstanTrack is not the answer and we will tell you.
What we are not, yet
KonstanTrack is an early-stage product. That has advantages — you can shape it, and you are talking to the person who writes it — and it has real limits worth stating plainly:
- No published customer case studies yet. See the pilot programme for how the first ones will be produced.
- No security certification (ISO 27001, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials). The controls in place are set out on Security and data.
- No catalogue of named ERP or CAD connectors. See Integrations.
- Founder profile and demo video are in preparation. In the meantime, the fastest way to judge whether this is credible is to talk to us about your own workflow.
