How KonstanTrack pricing works
There is no price list on this page, and this explains exactly why — plus what actually drives the number you will be quoted.
The short version
Pricing is quote-based. There is no public price list, because what you pay depends on the size of your shop and how much of the workflow you put through the system. We review how you work before proposing anything.
What drives the quote
People and roles
How many people need access, and what they do. A wireman closing a stage on a tablet and a contracts manager running reports are not the same kind of user.
How much of the workflow you adopt
Build-stage tracking alone is a smaller system than build stages plus BOM readiness, approvals, NCRs, FAT and handover packs.
Setup and data alignment
A shop with clean stage definitions and a usable job list starts faster than one migrating five years of spreadsheets. This is scoped honestly rather than absorbed and resented later.
Support expectations
What level of hand-holding you want through go-live and the first live jobs.
How the quote is put together
- You describe the shop. Team size, panels per month, what you use today, and where the pain is.
- We walk the workflow. A conversation about how a job actually moves from enquiry to handover — including the bits that only work because one person remembers them.
- We scope what you need. Which parts of the system, how many users, what setup work is realistic.
- You get a written proposal. With the implementation work broken out, so you can see what is software and what is effort.
If it is clear during that conversation that KonstanTrack is not the right answer for your shop, we will say so. A bad fit costs us more than it costs you.
What is not in the price
- Your ERP, MRP or accounting system — KonstanTrack does not replace those.
- CAD or EPLAN licences — design authoring stays in your design tool.
- Hardware. Tablets or terminals on the floor are yours to buy.
- Bespoke development against a third-party system, unless it is agreed and scoped separately.
Common questions
Why is there no price on the website?
Because a number without context would be wrong for most shops that read it. What you pay depends on the size of your team and how much of the build workflow you put through the system. We would rather quote after seeing how you work than publish a figure we would then have to caveat.
What drives the quote?
Mainly the number of people who need access and their roles, how many of the workflow stages you adopt, and how much setup work your existing data and process need. Volume of panels matters less than how many people touch each job.
Is there a setup cost?
Implementation is a real piece of work — a workflow review, configuration around your stages, data alignment and training — and it is scoped and priced with the rest. We will tell you what it involves before you commit to anything.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No lock-in culture, and full export of your data is available at any point. Commercial terms are agreed in the quote rather than imposed by a pricing page.
Can we start small?
Yes, and most shops should. Starting with one part of the workflow — build-stage tracking, or BOM readiness, or NCRs — proves whether it fits before you put the whole shop on it.
