Accessibility statement
Our aim
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as our working standard.
What we’ve done
- A “skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Semantic HTML with labelled landmarks and a logical heading order.
- Form fields with visible labels, error messages and keyboard support.
- Visible focus states, and content that reflows down to small screens.
- Colour choices checked for text contrast.
Known limitations
We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. Some areas may fall short of AA, and we fix issues as we find them or as they are reported.
Report a problem
If something is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, tell us and we will help. Email [email protected] with the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days.
Enforcement
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not happy with our response, you can raise it with the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), which enforces the accessibility regulations in the UK.
